This year over 200,000 women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer. Of those, 11,000 will be under the age of 40. If you are a young survivor diagnosed under the age of 40, family member, or supporter and would like to learn more about the Young Survival Coalition, please visit our National website at www.youngsurvival.org Please take a minute to register as a member. We salute all survivors at the 16th annual Komen Maryland Race for the Cure with a Parade of Pink, survivor Photo, and The Pink Ribbon Cafe. 

All registrants who indicate at registration that they would like to be recognized as a breast cancer survivor will receive a pink Survivor Shirt in addition to their race shirt.

"In Celebration Of" & "In Memory Of"

We would like to invite race participants to recognize those special people who have been touched by breast cancer. "In Celebration Of" and "In Memory Of" signs are available at our walk up registration site and at the registration area on Race Day.
