Learn more about Komen Maryland’s grant application process at one of our free Grant Writing Workshops! Registration is required due to space limitations; attendance for grant applicants is not mandatory.
Each year, Komen Maryland accepts applications to fund screening, treatment, support services and clinical trial research. These Grant Writing Workshops give a general overview of Komen Maryland, our grants program and the different types of grants available.
Participants will also learn about the components of the grant application, including the problem statement, goals, objectives, evaluation, budget and work plan. The workshops will also discuss the review process and what grant reviewers look for in an application. This year, the application process requires online submission. An overview will be given of the online system.
