Volunteers are the heartbeat of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®
Komen Maryland relies heavily on many irreplaceable volunteers to carry out our mission in Maryland. Volunteers not only assist in planning and organizing the Race for the Cure®, but they also serve on various committees, plan educational events, and help our staff on special projects around our office. Through countless hours of tireless work and dedication, Komen Maryland’s volunteers are the ambassadors that carry the Komen Vision of “A World Without Breast Cancer” into our communities.
You can join a group of over 1,000 volunteers who currently are the heartbeat to the Maryland Affiliate.
