1. Volunteer Activities are now available for the 2008 Susan G. Komen Maryland Race for the Cure!
2. You can also select Race Day As Needed and we will follow up with you to place you where the volunteer need is greatest.

In 2008 we will need about 700 race day volunteers in addition to the dozens needed at our walk up registration site in Hunt Valley. The Volunteer Center is new for 2008 and will allow us to manage all of our volunteers more effectively. 

Many of the Race volunteers over the past several years have come from companies, neighborhood groups, religious organizations, clubs, scout troops, and even schools. This is a worthwhile way to accumulate community hours required for high school graduation.
