Komen Maryland promotes community education and exploration by:
• Publishing a Resource Guide for Breast Health and Healing cover the state of Maryland (available for order or download)
• Hosting an annual educational symposium for breast cancer survivors and community members and offering cultural sensitivity trainings for breast care health professionals (check the dates for our next events)
• Publishing a bi-annual newsletter (read it online)
• Providing educational materials (use our form to request material)
• Providing links to online resources and interactive tools on breast cancer issues
