Community Grant Programs
Up to 75 percent of net proceeds generated by the Affiliate stay in Maryland and fund local breast cancer education, screening and treatment programs. The remaining 25 percent funds national breast cancer research through Komen National Headquarters, often taking place at Maryland institutions.

2010-2011 Grant Programs
Posters
In order to help publicize the programs that Komen Maryland funds throughout the year at different events, posters are required of every grantee. Posters must be 22" wide x 28" tall mounted and are due to the Komen Maryland office no later than July 1st of your grant year.
Reporting
Grant programs are required to submit a six month progress report as well as a year end/final report. Reports must be submitted to the online grant system! Use the email address and password used when submitting the original grant application. Hard copies of reports are not required.

Grant Change Forms
Current grant programs may request changes to their grant program and budget. Personnel changes, budget changes and program extensions all require a change request form. Below are grant change request forms. When making a change to your grant, submit these forms along with a narrative describing and explaining the change. If you are requesting a budget change, you must submit both documents. Email forms to rmccoy@komenmd.org or fax forms to 410-321-9208.
